COVID-19 Safety Protocol for In-Clinic Care

We are happy to welcome you into the clinic for treatment to help alleviate your aches, pain and
discomfort. Our clinic follows certain protocols to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort during in-
person treatment.

We are following all recommended protocols (CPTBC, PHO, BCCDC and WorkSafeBC) to ensure everyone’s safety during in-person treatment.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

Please use our hand sanitizer to sanitize your hands once you enter the clinic (or you are welcome to wash your hands). We will ask you about any cold/flu symptoms when you check in for your appointment. At this time, masks are highly recommended. If needed, we are happy to provide you with a mask for $1.

OFFICE PROTOCOLS

We also ask that you do not bring any other persons with you unless you require special assistance. Additionally, we are unable to allow bikes in the clinic at this time, so please lock your bike up outside.
